At our Pet Food Store, we know your furry friends can't wait for their favourite meals! We strive to process and deliver all orders as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: Next business day (order must be placed before 12 PM)

3. Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50 | $4.99 for orders below $50
• Express Shipping: $9.99
• Overnight Shipping: $19.99

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders are 10–21 business days depending on the destination.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

6. Perishable & Refrigerated Items

For fresh or refrigerated pet food products, we use insulated packaging and expedited shipping to ensure your pet's food arrives in perfect condition. Please ensure someone is available to receive these orders promptly.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@petfoodstore.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@petfoodstore.com.
